We produce high-density carpets. Carpet density is a measure of the number of knots per unit area. The more knots per square meter of carpet, the denser the carpet. A greater number of knots per square meter allows for a more detailed pattern. A denser pile recovers better after short-term pressure and maintains its elasticity, original appearance, and better heat and sound insulation.
Key characteristics of our carpets:
Pile type: Machine-made carpets have a cut pile for uniformity.
Pile composition: 100% acrylic. We use Iranian, Turkish, Belarusian, and German raw materials.
Carpet density:
1. 595,000 knots per square meter. At 2,550 picks per meter of carpet length and 700 reeds per meter of carpet width.
2. 1,440,000 knots per square meter at 3,600 picks per meter of carpet length and 1,200 reeds per meter of carpet width.
Weight is an important indicator of carpet products. Our 700-reeds carpet weighs approximately 3.0-3.1 kg per square meter, while our 1,200-reeds carpet weighs 2.8-2.9 kg per square meter. Many unscrupulous manufacturers, in order to significantly reduce the cost of their carpets, deliberately understate the carpet density and pile height, which is immediately reflected in the weight. Therefore, the quality of a carpet can be immediately determined by its weight. For example, a high-quality 1,200-reeds acrylic carpet measuring 3 by 4 meters (12 square meters) weighs 34 kg. Be careful when choosing a carpet supplier!
Pile height: A 700-reeds carpet has a pile height of approximately 8 mm, while a 1200-reeds carpet has a pile height of approximately 7 mm.
Carpet backing: cotton and jute. Our backing provides excellent resistance to deformation and reduces slippage.
Carpet sizes (m): 4*6, 4*5, 3*4, 2*3, 1.5*2.25, 1*4, 1*3, 1*2, 1*1.5
Custom carpet sizes, such as 3.5*2.5, are manufactured by agreement and are more expensive than standard sizes due to the machine's idle stroke. This means more raw material is used to produce these carpets. Please take this into account when ordering custom-sized carpets.
Carpet color and design: We have a wide selection of carpets, which you can view in our catalogs and on our website. Rug colors generally range from 8 to 10, depending on the rug collection.
The price of a rug depends on its density and size. The denser the rug, the more expensive it is. Since our production uses imported raw materials and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations, our prices also frequently fluctuate, both up and down. Please contact us to confirm current prices using your preferred method of communication.
The production time for your order depends on the quantity, both for the entire order and for individual designs. Orders with larger quantities of identical rugs of the same size and design will be processed more quickly. This is due to changes in the technological characteristics of the equipment.
